From a professional development perspective, Varia also opens its backstage areas to students, enabling them to discover the wide range of professions involved in the running of a theatre: technical, communications, accounting, cultural mediation, production…

Furthermore, art students should be able to find at Varia a space to connect with and engage with the profession they will pursue later on. Whether directly through their department or via individually formed groups, various forms of engagement with the theatre institution and the artistic teams can be arranged.
