Discover object theatre with Les Karyatides on 28 January

Alongside a performance, Les Fabriques offer you the chance to gain an insight into the creative process.

These events are scattered throughout the theatre season and open up new spaces for dialogue and for exploring different ways of creating a show. Selected speakers (artists, experts and other practitioners) lead these special experiences, sometimes for adults, sometimes for families, over a snack, a drink or a meal.

Ages 10 and over, accompanied by an adult.

How can we create theatre using objects that inspire us from the contents of our treasure chest? How can we bring them to life in a given space, usually on a table?

Through playful exercises, you will be invited to explore several themes: the ‘presence’ of the object, our relationship with the object, the audience and the space, the gaze, meaningful gestures, poetic gestures, speech and rhythm.

A chance to sharpen your gaze, open your imagination and get involved.
